The Block 2025

COLORBOND® steel is a proud sponsor of The Block 2025.

The Block is back for its 21st season — this time in the town of Daylesford, in regional Victoria.

Kicking off on July 27, the 2025 season will see five contestant teams build brand-new homes within a new housing estate. Each home will feature a stunning new roof made from COLORBOND® steel, helping bring durability, style and performance to every house.

Stay tuned over the coming weeks as we follow their design choices right through the build (without the drama, of course) as they build these homes from scratch.

The Block House 3 Front Yard

This year’s houses on The Block were, for the first time in the program’s history, completely new builds.

For the ninth year in a row on The Block, COLORBOND® steel has played an important role in helping the teams produce some very impressive properties. And they went all the way to Daylesford to do it!

For the first time, each of the houses on this year’s Block were completely new builds - that presented a great opportunity to embrace the increasingly popular concept of “biophilic design”.
